About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Web Performance, to lead the evolution of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud powered web platform and the foundational capabilities that support our customer‑facing digital experiences. This role owns the technical health, scalability, and performance of our web ecosystem, ensuring our storefronts are discoverable, accessible, resilient, and built to support millions of customer interactions. You will shape and govern a roadmap that strengthens platform architecture, improves conversion and discoverability, and ensures long‑term maintainability of a critical enterprise system that underpins growth across both Acima and RAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the technical vision and platform strategy for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, maintaining a deep understanding of site architecture, data flows, integrations, and dependencies across the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Translate customer and business needs into platform‑level capabilities, guiding technical decisions related to templates, CMS frameworks, structured data, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Content teams to define technical requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform standards.
  • Lead the prioritization, development, and rollout of platform enhancements, including SEO foundations, accessibility compliance, page performance improvements, and reusable web components.
  • Monitor platform health through performance metrics, error tracking, analytics, experimentation results, and SEO diagnostics, proactively identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide technical discovery and refinement efforts, ensuring work entering development is well defined, feasible, and aligned with longer term architectural direction.
  • Communicate platform strategy, system health, delivery risks, and investment tradeoffs clearly to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Qualifications
  • Strong technical product management experience with 3-5 years managing enterprise web platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with a deep understanding of site architecture, CMS tooling, templates, and platform level capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in SEO, accessibility, and site performance through structured data, ADA and WCAG remediation, analytics-driven insights, and close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, lead management flows, personalization frameworks, experimentation platforms, and tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, including event design and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to author for clear, precise, and technically actionable requirements.
  • Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from concept through delivery while maintaining platform stability and operational quality.
  • Highly organized and proactive working style with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, systems‑oriented environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Compensation/Benefits

  • Full health benefits—Medical/Dental/Vision
  • 401(k) match, (5%/4%)
  • DTO (discretionary time off)
  • Health savings account (HSA) with company contribution
