SAP PS Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PS Consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4

HANA implementations and deep expertise in Project Systems (PS) functionalities.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and support SAP PS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and compliance with GxP and IT QMS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations with a focus on SAP Project Systems.
• Configure and customize SAP PS functionalities including WBS, networks, budgeting, cost tracking, and settlements.
• Ensure integration of SAP PS with modules such as FI, CO, MM, QM, PP, PM, and AA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across global sites to understand processes and system needs.
• Monitor and optimize project system processes using SAP PS tools.
• Document configuration changes and provide end-user training.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, regression, UAT) to validate configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot functional issues in SAP PS, following ITSM best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on SAP PS functionalities and best practices.
• Work with technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers) to implement enhancements and integrations.
• Stay updated with SAP PS advancements and recommend relevant solutions.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP PS consulting roles.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Strong proficiency in SAP PS functionalities:
• Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Networks and Activities
• Project Planning and Budgeting
• Milestone Management
• Cost Planning, Forecasting, and Tracking
• Actual Cost Posting and Settlements
• Experience integrating SAP PS with other modules (FI, CO, MM, QM, PP, PM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps for project reporting and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Adherence to GxP and IT QMS standards.

• SAP PS certification.
• Experience with Kepware/iGear software and PLC data collection.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and consulting environments.
• Knowledge of OOAD using UML and design patterns.
• Experience with Windows/Linux infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client communication skills.
• Experience working as a module lead, team lead, and team member.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA or SAP PS certification (preferred)
