Azure Cosmos DB Architect

• At least 6-8 years of experience as a Database Administrator / Architect, with a strong focus on cloud-based databases.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, and their database services (Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, etc.).

• Experience with database migration to the cloud and managing hybrid cloud environments.
• Administer and manage cloud-based databases across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including databases like Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, and No
  
  SQL databases like Dynamo
  
  DB, Cosmos DB. Manage and monitor Azure SQL databases, optimize performance, and ensure data security.
• Configure database settings, create backups, and resolve issues. Design optimal partition keys.
• Manage real-time data streaming and handle high-throughput, scalable loads.
• Monitor user activity logs, database usage, query performance, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot performance issues by analyzing query execution plans and optimizing database indexes.
• Knowledge of cloud database security and compliance.

• AWS Certified Database - Specialty.

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
