The Role

The B2B Integrations Specialist supports Fortis’s growing B2B channel by installing, configuring, and supporting payment integrations within ERP and accounting systems used by merchants and software partners.

This role combines technical support, software installation, ERP expertise, and payments knowledge to deliver successful integrations and exceptional merchant experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Install and configure Fortis payment integrations within supported ERP and accounting systems
  • Manage integrations end-to-end, from scheduling through completion, meeting SLAs
  • Provide customer-facing technical support before, during, and after installation
  • Troubleshoot integration, API, and payment processing issues across ERP and gateway environments
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Fortis integrations, ERP payment workflows, and gateway systems
  • Partner with Sales, Partner, and Operations teams to remove blockers and ensure successful deployments
  • Create and maintain technical and training documentation
  • Proactively communicate with merchants, partners, and internal teams
  • Own and resolve both routine and complex integration challenges
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience installing, supporting, or integrating software. (ERP/accounting/payments)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer support mindset
  • Customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical support experience
  • Clear written/verbal communication with technical and non-technical users
  • Able to manage multiple installs and priorities
Highly

Preferred Experience
  • Payments experience supporting gateways, processing, or payment acceptance
  • ERP experience:
    Net Suite, Sage (50/100/300/Intacct), Acumatica, or Microsoft Dynamics
