Overview
We are looking for a Dev Ops Analyst to join our Global Dev Ops Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will focus on supporting, standardizing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using enterprise Dev Ops platforms and tools. The individual will work closely with senior Dev Ops engineers, security, and development teams to implement pipeline controls, reusable templates, and automation standards across global teams.
Responsibilities- Support the design, maintenance, and governance of reusable CI/CD YAML templates across enterprise Dev Ops platforms.
- Implement and support pipeline stage gates for quality, security, and compliance (e.g., approvals, scans, validations).
- Work with Dev Ops platforms and tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Jenkins, or Git Lab to maintain pipeline reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with Info Sec, QA, and application teams to ensure pipelines align with organizational policies and standards.
- Assist in onboarding teams onto standardized CI/CD frameworks and Dev Ops tooling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures, configuration issues, and integration challenges.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the Dev Ops CoE.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Dev Ops automation, tooling, and platform governance.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

- 5–8 years of experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Dev Ops platforms and CI/CD tools such as:
- Azure Dev Ops (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)
- Git Hub / Git Hub Actions
- Git Lab CI or Jenkins
- Working knowledge of YAML-based pipeline definitions and reusable templates.
- Experience supporting stage gates such as approvals, quality checks, or security scans in pipelines.
- Basic to intermediate scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, or Python).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (ARM, Terraform, Bicep, or Cloud Formation).
- Understanding of Dev Ops platform capabilities, including:
- Source control management
- Build and release pipelines
- Artifact repositories
- Access control and permissions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed global teams.
- Exposure to security and quality tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, code quality tools).
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment with governance requirements.
- Cloud exposure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
