Job Responsibilities- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Configure, monitor and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software as it related to LAN/WAN.
- Associate's degree in computer related field required. Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Salesforce Supporting Admin to assist the MX B2B Sales Operations team in maintaining and supporting Salesforce processes and systems. This role will provide critical support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce data management, reporting, and automation workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards for MX B2B sales performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Assist in implementing new Salesforce features or updates as needed.
- Provide administrative support for Salesforce user training and onboarding.
- Create ad-hoc reports in Salesforce as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, with strong report/dashboard development skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- MS Power Point, Excel (proficient).
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and automation features.
- Knowledge of data management best practices.
- Knowledge around Salesforce API, extensions, plug-ins, etc.
