Python​/AI developer

The Python/AI Developer is responsible for developing AI, machine learning, and data science solutions to address complex business problems.

This role involves working with large and varied datasets, building and enhancing AI/ML models, conducting research, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analytical and technical outcomes.

The developer will contribute to both batch and real-time model scoring, support data pipelines, and help clients achieve meaningful results through innovative, data-driven approaches.

• Work on projects involving data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Break down complex business challenges and contribute to developing effective solutions.
• Conduct research, develop informed points of view, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply innovative thinking and best practices to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets of varying sizes and complexities.
• Pipe and process large data streams in distributed computing environments.
• Implement batch and real-time model scoring solutions.
• Assemble large, complex datasets to meet business and technical requirements.
• Apply business understanding to analyze data, develop reports, and solve problems.
• Perform ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
• Participate in issue analysis and resolution related to data flow and content.

• 5+ years of experience using Python for analyzing varied datasets.
• 3+ years of experience supporting data science projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience with vector databases.
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Building or enhancing LLMs
• Statistics
• AI/ML
• ML Ops
• Ability to work with large datasets and distributed processing environments.
• Experience building data pipelines and implementing model scoring solutions.

• Strong judgment and ability to work independently in structured problem-solving environments.
