You Are:A Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The TPM acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals.
The opportunity:- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans; track progress and adjust as necessary.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met by the development teams.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

What you need:- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in IT or software development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Mandatory Technical & Domain
Skills:- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello.
- Ability to interpret and manage technical requirements.
- Experience leading IT or software development projects.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.

Compensation Range: $88,000 – $132,000
