You Are:This hybrid role involves analyzing business requirements, ensuring product quality, and supporting product development through detailed analysis and testing. The professional acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance to deliver products that meet user needs and business goals.
The opportunity:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in solution design and validate that deliverables meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Support product managers in defining product features, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

What you need:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or product analysis roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Test Rail).
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Agile Product Owner.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $73,000-$110,000
BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
