INTL- SaaS Support Analyst; Colombia

Job Description

An employer is looking for Customer Support Analyst to sit remotely. You will primarily be tasked with supporting the clients software solution that is utilized to optimize and streamline restaurant operations, food preparation, and dispatch. You will provide support to customers via chat, email, phone while working tickets based on priority. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to features, configurations, and systems.

Additional tasks will include updating the knowledge base, documenting all resolutions, elevate cases that need involvement from the engineering team and assist with new software upgrades as needed.
