Title: Software Engineering Manager – Web Platforms
Type: Permanent
Pay: $140,000 – $190,000 base + bonus
Summary- Lead the strategy, development, and evolution of enterprise web platforms including a digital client portal, corporate websites, and personalized digital experiences
- Balance hands-on technical depth with architectural oversight and strong people leadership
- Manage direct reports and offshore developers while delivering secure, scalable, high-performing digital solutions
- Work onsite for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule (1 day per week remote)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 8–12 years of experience delivering large-scale digital platforms
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams (FTEs and contractors)
- Experience leading teams supporting web-based client or developer portals
- Background in wealth management, investment management, or banking
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure Services, Azure API Management (APIM), Okta or Auth0, Angular, and Node.js
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sitecore XM Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, observability, CDN optimization, and secure identity frameworks
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver scalable, secure web platforms
- Oversee delivery and continuous improvement of digital client portals, corporate websites, and personalized web experiences
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while fostering accountability and performance excellence
- Translate evolving business goals into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in partnership with Architecture, Security, and Dev Ops teams
- Align with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Product stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Drive modernization of the front‑end stack leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure Services, APIM, Okta/Auth0, Angular, and Node.js
- Champion engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
