Job Title:SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)
Location:
ONSITE
- Plano, TXJob Description
- Manage & Administer SQL Server databases and should have Implemented experience in Azure Active Directory using Azure Key Vault
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, should have experience in Disaster Recovery through achieved RPO process
- Monitor system s health and performance and Data Migration Assistant should be a key skills required for this administration.
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security. Also should have imputed ETL pipelines knowledge.
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time and address business escalation on time.
- Provide suggestions for solutions Designed and development stored procedures using views like Parameterized reports and linked reports
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes and should posses SSRS skills.
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement and should be familiar with Solar Winds DPA
- Provide 247 support for critical production systems. And should posses Security & Compliance Encryption knowledge such as TLS/SSL, AAD Integration, RBAC, Data Masking, HIPAA & PCI-DSS Compliance related process.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
- Experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
- Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- SQL Server DBA
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016
- SQL Server Database Administration
- Database Administration (DBMS)
