. Candidate must have strong expertise in Amelia conversational‑AI development with deep skills in voice Bot design, NLP, and backend integrations.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Design end‑to‑end Amelia voice/chat experiences, including dialog flows, intents, entities, and context handling for natural, human‑like conversations.
• Develop voice Bot capabilities leveraging STT/TTS and NLP to optimize recognition accuracy, latency, and user experience.
• Integrate Amelia with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, AWS Connect, Service Now, Jira, Rally, SSO/LDAP, and backend services.
• Build Python/JavaScript utilities and JSON schemas to orchestrate bot logic, automate IT ops, and enable robust error handling and telemetry.
• Architect scalable conversational solutions, define solution patterns, and deploy/monitor bots across environments with CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with contact‑center and ITSM teams to refine use cases, track KPIs, and continuously improve intent coverage and resolution rates.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field as defined by the client.
• Candidate must have 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have direct hands‑on experience with Amelia (IPsoft) and strong integration skills across AWS Connect, backend APIs, ITSM tools, and enterprise authentication systems.
• Candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, NLP/ML capabilities, and the ability to design and deploy scalable conversational‑AI solutions for voice and chat.
