Salesforce Solution Architect

Candidate needs to work from onsite at Plano, TX location.

Salary Range : $150,000 to $200,000 Per Annum + benefits

• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• • 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
• • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
• • Proven hands‑on experience with data modeling, migration, multi‑cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
• • Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, ).
• • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle
• • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.

• • Salesforce certifications in CDP/Data Cloud, SFMC and SFSC.

• • Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• • Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• • Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery.
• • Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management.
• • Promote architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols.
• • Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open‑source technologies and tools.
• • Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business.

• • Experience in driving continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies.
• • Experience assessing feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
• • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
