- Working knowledge of Monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Understanding ITSM - Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Excellent communication skills, motivated team player & strong inter-personal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and with multi-location teams.
- Very good Analytical skills
