As a Manager level, Product Manager, on the C.O.R.E. Product team, you will design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products that delight customers. We’re passionate about building platform software for the next generation of technologists at Capital One and are looking for someone excited to build tech platforms at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Own the overall proc Drive a unified system of record across all Capital One Cloud, non-Cloud and Digital Assets utlizing a defined Asset repository

• Support Service mapping and dependencies in a structured CMDB, driving Request, Incident, Response, Change

• Implement automated discovery (e.g., Service Now Discovery) to ensure Cloud, hardware and software match

• Utilize data health dashboards to actively monitor data for orphan or stale data

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

• A Master s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
