LHH is partnering with a technology‑driven organization to hire a Website Developer with strong front‑end expertise. This role supports a high‑visibility Marketing team and plays a key part in enhancing the company’s digital presence and brand experience.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Website Developer who enjoys building modern, responsive, user‑friendly web experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to design, build, and maintain high‑quality pages for a public‑facing corporate website. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, user engagement, and the overall digital customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Develop responsive, visually polished website pages using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Build new features and enhance existing components across the company’s marketing site
- Collaborate daily with Marketing and UI/UX teams to translate concepts into functional web experiences
- Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device consistency for optimal performance
- Optimize site speed, troubleshoot UI defects, and maintain clean, modern code
- Support ongoing content updates, landing page builds, and design‑driven requests
- Research and implement new front‑end tools and trends
- Assist with light creative work such as simple animations or interactive elements (as needed)
- 5+ years of front‑end or website development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Angular, Vue, Tailwind, Gatsby, Netlify, Algolia, or Cloudinary is a plus
- Understanding of MVC patterns, OOP, and RESTful APIs
- Experience supporting marketing teams or building marketing‑facing web assets
- Ability to troubleshoot UI issues and optimize frontend performance
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with non‑technical teams
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive, creative approach
- High‑impact work on a public‑facing website seen by customers and partners
- Close collaboration with a creative, fast‑moving Marketing team
