Business Process Engineer – Plano, TX Responsibilities
- BPMN Modeling (hands-on):
Build and maintain Level 2/3 BPMN models for all R2X processes (as-is/to-be), including interfaces, swimlanes, roles, inputs/outputs, and controls - Measurement Architecture:
Define measures, metrics, and KPIs per process (lag/lead), measurement logic, thresholds, and control plans;
Align with dashboards and business reviews - Systems & Data Mapping:
Document Salesforce object dependencies, field lineage, integration points, and data quality requirements for each process step;
Map where evidence lives - Standards & Governance:
Create and enforce modeling standards, naming conventions, artifact templates, and change governance (versioning, RACI, decision logs) - Continuous Improvement (SVS-PEF):
Run structured improvement cycles (problem statement, current state, root causes, countermeasures, pilot, scale);
Track benefits (time, quality, conversion, ARR impact) - Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with Sales Ops, L&D, Data/AI, Tools/IT, and Zone leadership to harmonize ways of working and embed changes in enablement and operating rhythm - Communication & Enablement:
Produce clear visuals and one-pagers;
Contribute to trainings, workshops, and council updates to drive understanding and adoption
- Proven experience in business process engineering for Sales/SaaS GTM or adjacent functions, with a track record of BPMN L2/L3 modeling and end-to-end documentation
- Salesforce literacy (non-config): able to read object models, relationships, and data flows;
Understand how processes surface in Salesforce (records, fields, statuses, automation triggers) - Metrics & Control: ability to define measures/KPIs and control plans tied to data sources and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) in partnership with analytics teams
- AI-enabled productivity: comfort using Copilot/AI tools to accelerate modeling, documentation, analysis, and communications
- Strong facilitation and communication skills;
Able to collaborate across sales, presales, customer success, partner teams, operations, and IT/tools - Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement toolkits (DMAIC, root cause analysis, control charts)
- Salesforce (objects, data model understanding)
- BPMN (Solution Link/Signavio/Visio or equivalent)
- Tableau/Power BI (consumption/definition with BI partners)
- Copilot/AI tools for productivity
- Light scripting (Python) for ad-hoc analysis/automation
- Familiarity with LAER/CSM workflows and renewal/adoption processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
