* Associate’s Degree
* 2+ years of experience with modern JavaScript & web frameworks (Tailwind, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and Type Script for robust, type-safe code.
* 1+ years of experience using Generative AI tools (examples include Gemini, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor) to accelerate coding workflows and iterate on technical solutions.
* Proficiency with Git and Version Control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment environments.
* Strong understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.
