The Technical Support Call Center Representative (Patient & Physician Service Specialist – L1) is a 6-month contract role (extension possible) based in Plano, TX. This position serves as the first line of support for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams regarding therapy inquiries, device functionality, mobile applications, MRI compatibility, and related services. The role operates in a fast-paced 24x7x365 call center environment and requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude (mobile apps/Bluetooth troubleshooting), reliability, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems while delivering an excellent customer experience.
