Senior Systems Administrator – Managed Services

We are a growth-driven Managed Service Provider supporting complex commercial environments across Dallas-Fort Worth. As client environments mature, we are strengthening our senior engineering bench with a hands-on technical expert who thrives in high-level troubleshooting and infrastructure optimization.

This is a technical authority position. You will step into the most complex situations, diagnose deeply, fix permanently, and raise the overall stability of client environments. If you enjoy solving the issues others cannot and eliminating repeat problems at the root, this role is built for you.

• Take ownership of the most complex escalated technical issues
• Perform deep troubleshooting across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
• Diagnose advanced networking challenges including VLANs, routing, VPNs, and firewall configurations
• Improve infrastructure stability across virtualization, backup, and security platforms
• Reduce ticket noise by identifying systemic weaknesses and implementing durable fixes
• Support higher-level client conversations when technical clarity is required
• Provide guidance to engineers when issues require senior insight

• Senior-level MSP experience in multi-client environments
• Advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft stack and cloud platforms
• Strong networking depth including firewalls and switching
• Comfortable operating independently in high-impact situations
• Structured thinker who documents clearly and communicates confidently
