- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support teams in planning, tracking, and delivering technical initiatives.
- Help identify blockers, dependencies, and risks, and assist in driving resolution.
- Maintain delivery visibility using Jira dashboards and reporting tools.
- Partner with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Assist in coordinating work across multiple teams when needed.
- Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the delivery of initiatives such as cloud migrations, data platform work, or enterprise system enhancements.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role.
- Experience working with software, data, or enterprise technology teams is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe basics).
- Strong experience using Jira or similar Agile tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or enterprise platform teams.
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise environments.

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team‑building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP‑Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
