Pepsi Co's Global Sustainability Office (GSO) oversees coordinating and informing the company’s sustainability agenda across our value chain. GSO is also responsible for providing analytical tools to convert data into actionable insights that drive effective decision making and accelerate progress toward our pep+ goals.

The Sustainability (pep+) Analytics and AI Manager role is part of the Global Sustainability Office and will be responsible for transforming complex sustainability data into actionable products that go beyond static dashboards and drive real progress across various pep+ pillars:
Agriculture, Packaging and Climate. This position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing ways to streamline and scale the data and analytics processes to support the evolving pep+ reporting requirements using AI platforms and tools (pepGPT, AI for BI, AI Orchestration Engine etc.) that are being deployed by the Strategy and Transformation team. Finally, this role will manage a small team of data analysts and provide timely and accurate data for multiple global and sector level reports as well as externally published reports such as the annual ESG Performance Metrics report, GRI, SASB, TCFD and CDP (climate, water and forest) among others.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong partnership with the sustainability SMEs and develop a solid understanding of the scope, methodology and governance policies for measuring and tracking performance of Positive Ag and Positive Value Chain pillars of Pep+.
  • Product Roadmap & Strategy:
    Own the vision and end-to-end roadmap for sustainability data products to deliver the pep+ vision and deliver on our voluntary and ESG regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Solution Delivery and Management:
    Lead the design and management of scalable data and analytics pipelines using existing enterprise data platforms like Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) and emerging platforms like pepGPT and agentic AI worflows to deliver on the data product roadmap and reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Data Quality:
    Define and implement controls/validation checks to verify the quality, accuracy, reliability, completeness and consistency of sustainability data inputs and outputs and remediate data quality issues together with data owners.
  • Predictive Analytics and Modeling:
    Oversee the creation of predictive models that provide granular and reliable insights for efficient and effective decision making.
  • Stakeholder Alignment:
    Prepare and present insights and analytics for leadership reviews; analyze and answer data questions and explain the key factors driving the performance metrics.
  • People Leadership:
    Manage a team of 3-5 associates comprised of contractors and/or employees to deliver the business goals.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
