Duration:

Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of Weblogic administrative experience or at least 3 years of Tomcat administrative experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Networking
- At least 2 years of experience in Unix/Linux platforms.
- At least 2 Years of J2EE application server experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of J2EE development experience
- 1+ years of experience in ITIL processes
- 2+ years of experience with middleware environments
Served as “lead” designer on multiple projects;
Significant experience in industry across multiple technologies (3+ years)
Deep knowledge of diverse systems and platforms and exposure to new and emerging technologies
Mission Criticality:
Demonstrated experience working on mission critical customer facing transaction systems
Troubleshooting:
Advanced demonstration of diagnostic skills across a broad number of technologies and platforms
Excellent – strategic application of experience;
Demonstrated experience leading and generating unique solutions within the financial services industry
3+ years architectural experience with COTS implementations
Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members);
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
Responsibilities include:
- Installation, configuration, deployment and managing Weblogic Application Servers(11g and higher).
- WLST, Shell and Perl Scripting.
- ITIL Change Management, Incident resolution and Problem Management.
- Leverage structured problem solving skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary problem resolution.
- Work directly with various system owners and internal teams in managing supported environment
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain deployments/installations, upgrades, patching etc. procedures
- Create, Update and Verify system documentations and environment diagrams
- Develop Reports on the Performance and Capacity of Supported environments, including monitoring and alerting of application issues.
- Continue to develop and demonstrate thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technology.
