Net Suite Systems Administrator

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm Pay: 120K+ DOE

Seeking an experienced Net Suite Systems Administrator to manage, customize, and optimize Net Suite in a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary IT contact and supports both business systems and day-to-day IT needs.

• Administer Net Suite (roles, permissions, workflows, reports, saved searches)
• Partner with Finance and Operations to improve system usage and processes
• Manage integrations, data imports/exports, Sandbox testing, and troubleshooting
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Provide internal IT support (hardware, software, user access, basic networking)
• Manage SaaS tools, vendors, and third-party IT partners
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements

• 3+ years of Net Suite administration experience
• Strong understanding of accounting and business operations
• Experience supporting finance teams (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
• Familiarity with integrations, workflows, and saved searches
• General IT support experience (printers, tablets, related equipment)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Net Suite Administrator or ERP certification
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Project management experience
