NTT DATA is hiring an AWS Public Cloud Engineer with AWS and Azure experience for Plano, Texas. The role focuses on advanced technical support, administration, and optimization of managed customer cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.

• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, performance issues, and service outages in production and staging environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem documentation for major incidents.
• Execute patch management, upgrades, and regular maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and after‑hours support as required.
• Develop and maintain IaC templates using Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM, or OCI Resource Manager.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, Power Shell). Champion configuration management tools and assist in Dev Ops pipeline integrations.
• Recommend and implement cost optimization and rightsizing strategies.
• Ensure security best practices: least‑privilege access, encryption, network segmentation.
• Implement IAM policies and roles; monitor, identify, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Support compliance (TxRAMP, ISO, SOC2, etc.).
• Collaborate with application, security, and network teams; mentor junior engineers.
• Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Participate in client calls to provide technical input when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least two required certifications (or equivalent): AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Sys Ops Administrator;
  Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert;
  Google Professional Cloud Architect or Engineer;
  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional.
• 5+ years of cloud engineering, operations, or support experience.
• 3+ years multi‑cloud experience (hands‑on in at least AWS and Azure; familiarity with GCP and OCI preferred).
• Direct experience in managed services/NOC/SOC/MSP environments a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of provisioning, configuring, securing, supporting, and optimizing cloud‑native and hybrid workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
• Strong scripting and IaC skills.
• Dev Ops or automation certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation or other support framework knowledge preferred.
