AboutThe Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML architectures, defining best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI-driven products.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI/ML technical solutions
- Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Define best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML model development and deployment
- Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers
- Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready
- Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure
- Architect and implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using modern platforms
- Support big data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design
- Drive innovation using advanced AI techniques including Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
- Strong expertise in:
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Agentic AI architectures
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:
- Tensor Flow
- Py Torch
- Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms:
- AWS Sage Maker
- Azure Machine Learning
- Google AI Platform
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
- Experience with big data technologies and data pipeline architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Strong understanding of production-grade ML system deployment
- Stable career history (No job hoppers)
- Must be willing to work hybrid in Plano, TX
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms
- Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks
- Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise applications
- Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing
- Strong system design and architecture experience
