Overview
The Programmatic Analyst is responsible for supporting campaign management activities such as campaign set‑up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation. They identify and implement optimizations as approved by senior team members and clients and provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation. This junior‑level role requires around 6+ months of experience in digital marketing (programmatic‑specific experience is a plus) and is part of a team that values personal and professional growth, innovation, and mentorship.
Responsibilities- Support the execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns for agency clients.
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life‑cycle.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding performance tracking, spend and status of various campaigns.
- Collaborate with the data analytics teams in the development of client‑facing campaign performance reports.
- Manage the collection and organization of campaign‑specific materials, including creative assets and budget documents.
- Communicate details to instruct teams on trafficking campaign assets and tags for running media.
- Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign settings, budgets and brand‑safety protocols.
- Assist with monthly billing actualization for each campaign within Prisma.
- Participate in regular knowledge‑share sessions to learn and share new optimization strategies.
- 6+ months of experience within programmatic or digital marketing.
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.
- Resourceful, curious and motivated individual who can work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.

Compensation Range: $50,065 – $63,200. The Company reserves the right to adjust the pay range in accordance with applicable law.
