- Service Catalog Design and Development
- IT Request Management process support/governance
- IT Knowledge Management process support/governance
- Workflow and Automation
- Scripting and Customization
- User Experience and Accessibility
- Maintenance and Optimization
- Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes
- Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that configuration items and processes are current
- Creating and implementing custom widgets, complex pages, resolving UI performance bottlenecks, taxonomies and portal content
- Minimum 5+ years of Service Now implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7+ years of technology implementation
- Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
- Experience in developing complex catalog items
- Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages
- Experience working with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions
- Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
- Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of Service Now
- Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
- Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs)
