About the RoleWe are seeking a Telecom Solutions Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of next‑generation telecom infrastructure solutions. This role is pivotal in evolving the organization from a product‑focused provider to a full‑scale solutions leader supporting AI‑RAN, cloud‑native networks, and the transition toward 6G.
You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of telecom infrastructure solutions—partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and Tier‑1 operators to define, build, and deliver scalable, carrier‑grade offerings across mobile and cable network environments.
Key Responsibilities Solution Strategy & Roadmap- Define and execute the solutions vision and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives across telecom markets
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies including AI‑RAN, Cloud RAN, Open RAN, edge computing, and 6G evolution
- Analyze competitive landscape, industry standards, and operator deployment trends to guide product and investment decisions
- Design end‑to‑end telecom infrastructure solutions across NOCs, MSCs, cell sites, aggregation hubs, central offices, and data centers
- Develop scalable reference architectures supporting high‑density compute, GPU workloads, and edge deployments
- Translate customer requirements (power, redundancy, latency, scalability, environmental constraints) into carrier‑grade solutions
- Collaborate with Tier‑1 mobile and cable operators to define use cases, validate solutions, and quantify market opportunities
- Lead the solution lifecycle from concept through launch, working cross‑functionally with engineering and global teams
- Ensure compliance with telecom and data center standards (e.g. NEBS, ETSI, IEC)
- Identify product gaps and partner with internal teams or external vendors to deliver complete solutions
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and target applications
- Create technical and commercial deliverables such as solution briefs, reference architectures, BOMs, and presentations
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to promote solutions and support customer engagements
- Enable Sales through training, solution design support, and pricing guidance
- Manage solutions throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements, optimization, and end‑of‑life planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Business Development within telecom infrastructure
- Strong technical expertise in mobile network and data center infrastructure systems
- Experience delivering solutions in carrier‑grade telecom environments
- Proven ability to engage with enterprise customers and Tier‑1 operators
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and global environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience with AI‑RAN, Open RAN, Cloud RAN, or edge computing architectures
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure components such as:
- Compute platforms and GPU environments
- Power systems and battery technologies (VRLA, Li‑ion)
- Thermal and cooling solutions
- Remote monitoring and management systems
- Experience working with telecom standards (NEBS, ETSI, IEC)
- Background supporting large‑scale deployments with Tier‑1 operators
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
