Job Description- Designing, Developing, and Customizing Service Now applications
- Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Integrating Service Now with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain Service Now applications and modules
- Integrate Service Now with other systems and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now applications
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process
- Creating reports and dashboards to track performance and user satisfaction
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology.
