Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are seeking a Senior Identity & Zero Trust Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our Microsoft Entra
-centric Zero Trust strategy
. This role is responsible for user lifecycle governance, passwordless authentication, privileged access, SaaS protection, and secure connectivity
, integrating both Microsoft and non Microsoft security platforms to deliver a unified, modern identity security architecture.

The role requires deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra , PIM, Defender for Cloud Apps
, as well as Cisco VPNaaS, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Remote Browser Isolation (RBI).

• 710+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Security Architecture
• Deep hands‑on expertise with:
• Microsoft Entra
• Entra
• Entra
• Conditional Access
• Passwordless Authentication
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
• Experience integrating Microsoft identity with third‑party security platforms

• Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD)
• Entra  (Lifecycle, Entitlement Management, RBAC)
• Entra  Identity Management (PIM)
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (SaaS)
• Conditional Access & Identity Protection

• Cisco VPNaaS
• Cisco Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
• Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) solutions

• Microsoft Security or Identity certifications (SC300, SC100, AZ500)
• Cisco Security architecture experience
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise or global tenant environments
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2)

• Identity‑first security mindset
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence
• Ability to translate Zero Trust strategy into operational controls
• Proven experience leading enterprise security rollouts
• Excellent documentation and architectural skills
