Senior Manager, Product Design (IC)

Hybrid position located in Plano, TX. Relocation to Plano, TX is required if you’re not located in the Dallas, TX area.

• Combine craft expertise, influence & strategic thinking with an understanding of our customers and the business.
• Co‑create innovative solutions to complex problems, drive product strategy and contribute to a high‑performing designer culture.
• Leverage product design expertise across interaction, visual and service design.
• Mentor, lead, and consult with others to advance the design discipline.
• Shape product direction using deep content design expertise, user insights, and business understanding.
• Advocate for human‑centered methodologies that align customer needs and business goals.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, processes, customers, competitors and market trends.
• Own the problem‑solving approach and apply good judgment when exploring alternatives.
• Engage partner expertise across the organization and embrace compromise to solve strategic challenges.
• Present work across levels, modeling a strategic human‑centered approach to influence stakeholders.

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 8 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience working with and contributing to an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business leaders.
• Experience leading design projects or teams.
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces.

Pay Range (Plano, TX): $182,500 – $208,300 for Senior Manager, Design. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation.
