Digital Commerce Product Management Specialist – Plano, TX or Seattle, WA
This role focuses on defining, developing, approving, and launching new online product features and functionality within Boeing's Digital Experience & Commerce team. The specialist leads product strategy, portfolio optimization, and delivery across the product‑market lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities- Understand customer needs and ensure product completeness, especially in cart and checkout experiences and order lifecycle management.
- Plan and support implementation, communication, and change efforts for the rollout and enhancement of Commerce products, including cart/checkout optimizations, payment integrations, and order orchestration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Digital Experience & Commerce product families, introducing new capabilities, enhancing features, and eliminating issues.
- Leverage SAFe and agile methodologies; lead writing of epics and features, present product vision, and approve objectives.
- Lead prioritization of all new functionality, concepts, changes, and enhancements.
- Define releases and program increments.
- Communicate product updates to business owners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Represent business owners and stakeholders in the agile development process.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to create user‑interface wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog based on business value, complexity, and expectations.
- Coordinate with key partners and stakeholders to understand business models and goals, leading the definition of requirements, content, and features.
- Research and analyze industry trends and competitive information.
- Collaborate with project teams to define Digital Experience & Commerce product strategy.
- Build productive working relationships with internal business partners.
- 5+ years of Digital Experience & Commerce Product Management/Ownership experience.
- Intrinsic passion for Digital Experience & Commerce and awareness of best practices and trends.
- Experience articulating and implementing strategy‑to‑action plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), order lifecycle processes, fulfillment orchestration, returns, and refunds.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering cart/checkout experiences, payment integrations, and reducing cart abandonment.
- Familiarity with payments, tokenization, PCI considerations, fraud detection, SCA/PSD2, and checkout security best practices.
- SAFe and Agile product development experience.
- Knowledge of web design.
- Web analytics experience (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Experience in JIRA, ADO, Confluence, and other project‑management and documentation tools.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.

Summary Pay Range: $173,400 – $234,600
