Job Description & How to Apply Below
Technical Program Manager (On‑Site) – Plano, TX
Ziosk is looking for a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering department. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering systems, intelligent automation, and operational excellence. You will own our Jira ecosystem, build AI‑powered workflow agents, and drive engineering efficiency and visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary Jira administrator — owning all workflows, automation rules, integrations, permissions, schemes, and governance.
- Design and maintain scalable Jira configurations that support Agile and SDLC processes across multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub stakeholders to align tooling, workflows, and cross‑platform reporting.
- Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered agents that automate repetitive engineering workflows and surface actionable intelligence.
- Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual overhead and accelerate engineering throughput.
- Continuously identify and prioritize opportunities where intelligent automation can drive measurable productivity gains.
- Build and maintain Databricks and Power BI dashboards tracking engineering metrics, SDLC performance, delivery trends, and operational health.
- Perform data modeling, metric standardization, and trend analysis to give engineering leaders clear, reliable insights.
- Deliver executive‑ready reporting that connects engineering activity to business outcomes.
- Drive SDLC and Agile process improvements — supporting sprint planning, release readiness, and delivery consistency.
- Lead cross‑team engineering initiatives and serve as a strategic partner to engineering leadership.
- Champion engineering operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Expert‑level Jira Administration experience — deep, hands‑on ownership of Jira at scale is a core requirement for this role.
- Proven experience building AI agents and intelligent automations that improve engineering workflows — architecting solutions, not just configuring tools.
- 5+ years of technical program or engineering operations experience in a software or technology organization.
- Advanced Databricks and Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and executive dashboard development.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps and utilizing those tools to improve automation of workflows.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub in an engineering environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to engineering leadership and executives.
We are an Equal Opportunity employer offering competitive benefits and compensation. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to commute daily to Plano, TX.
