Role Overview
Dev Ops Engineer responsible for defining, designing, developing, testing, certifying and improving cloud‑based Data & Analytics pipelines and key components. Work within an agile, collective environment on the Data Warehouse Technical Team.
Responsibilities- Define, design, develop, test, certify, and improve data pipelines and key components of the cloud‑based Data & Analytics environment.
- Write code, debug, test, release, and troubleshoot throughout the development lifecycle.
- Document processes and tools, and review existing CI/CD configurations for best practices and standards.
- Design and develop new Data & Analytics products across the product lifecycle.
- Deploy Kubernetes, implement Git Ops practices, and manage Helm charts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with typically 10 or more years of relevant experience (or equivalent higher education).
- 5+ years of experience in Azure or AWS infrastructure as a cloud platform.
- Experience with Terraform (preferred), Ansible, Cloud Formation, ARM templates, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (YAML‑based) using AWS, Azure, and Git Hub.
- Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Power Shell, Python (Boto3), AWS CLI, or Azure CLI.
- High‑level experience with deploying Kubernetes, Git Ops, and Helm charts.
- Experience with M365/O365 and identity architecture (SAML, OAuth, Azure AD, Okta, etc.).
- Visio and diagramming skills/experience.
- Experience with Azure Government or AWS Government services.
- Experience with security scanning tools such as Checkmarx, Fortify, Sonar Qube, Aqua, Twistlock.
- Experience working in Secret and/or Top Secret environments.
Current/Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required for the position;
Non‑U.S. citizens may not be eligible for a security clearance.
