• Lead the definition and management of data product roadmaps and requirements utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies, leveraging tools like Azure Dev Ops for backlog management and delivery tracking.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and PI planning sessions with global data teams to prioritize initiatives, align on product objectives, and identify potential risks or dependencies.
• Create user stories, product roadmaps, and technical requirements based on evolving business needs.
• Use SQL or Python to extract sample data and analyze dataset structures.
• Review and analyze existing products, dashboards, and applications (such as Power BI, Tableau) to identify areas for improvement and ensure they cater to the dynamic needs of business teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines and ingestion processes meet business requirements effectively.
• Work alongside data stewards to maintain data quality and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with data scientists to support advanced analytics and develop models that generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates and insights in presentations for weekly leadership meetings.
• Facilitate cross-team workshops to align data solution strategies with business priorities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data product usage and effectiveness, driving product adoption through stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.

Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Pepsi Co office in Plano, Texas.

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science, along with three (3) years of experience in data-focused roles within the consumer-packaged goods retail industry; or a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or Computer Science with one (1) year of experience in similar roles.
• Three (3) years of experience (or 1 with a master’s) in defining and managing data product requirements and roadmaps using Agile and SAFe methodologies; proficient in Agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Jira.
• Strong communication skills with experience in presenting complex data solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Two (2) years of experience (or 1 with a master’s) in translating business problems into technical requirements and delivering enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI solutions in the CPG and retail sector.
• Familiarity with data platforms and tools like Azure, Databricks, SAP, Salesforce, etc.; and experience leading big data solutions, advanced analytics, or product management.
• One (1) year of experience with leading global cross-functional data teams to deliver data and analytics solutions aligned with business needs; proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, and modeling principles to ensure optimized end-to-end data delivery.

Domestic and international travel required 20% to the US, Mexico, Spain, and India.

Salary: $141,773 - $165,000 per year
