SAP AI Solution Architect (Director)

We are currently seeking a SAP AI Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

• Act as a thought leader, technical authority, and people leader, driving innovation, client value realization, and reusable assets across SAP programs.
• Define the SAP enterprise‑wide vision and roadmap for SAP BTP AI & Automation.
• Align SAP BTP AI & Automation offerings with NTT DATA’s global SAP and Digital portfolios.
• Partner with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem vendors on joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Engage and lead CxO‑level conversations on AI‑led SAP modernization and automation value across strategic SAP accounts and transformation programs.
• Represent NTT DATA in SAP executive forums, innovation councils, and industry events.
• Establish and govern the AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Define standards for architecture, delivery, security, and AI governance.
• Drive investment in accelerators, IP, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate, build and lead a multi‑region skill team.
• Define workforce strategy, certification targets, and succession planning.
• Promote innovation, diversity, and engineering excellence culture.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in modern solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation and AI projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP technologies: S/4
  
  HANA, SAP BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Data Intelligence, Joule.
• Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional team environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and programming languages.
• Dev Ops knowledge (CI/CD, Jenkins, Pipeline Management).
• Hands‑on experience developing AI/ML solutions using BTP AI Services.
• Hands‑on experience in BTP Process Automation and RPA bot development – advantage.

Minimum required experience: 15+ years of SAP solution development, architecture, and implementation of SAP Automation; 10+ years as Solution Architect; 5+ years with S/4 HANA, IBP; 1+ year SAP AI.

Travel is required on an as‑needed basis. Must reside in the United States.

• Starting pay range: $182,115 – $252,938 (US locations). Actual compensation will depend on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
