Senior Technical Product Manager

• Chart and execute the course for customer and employee digital experience across consumer distribution channels.
• Lead the software product development lifecycle from inception to production launch and post‑production support.
• Define roadmaps, translate them into deliverable chunks for scrum teams, and ensure successful implementation through RESTful API definitions.
• Drive product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives.
• Build and maintain data integration microservices from disparate billing systems.
• Facilitate product development by liaising between Business and IT teams (Product, UI, Development, QA, Production Support).
• Complete functional and technical analysis for new features and projects.
• Lead complex system integrations and provide technical documentation (architecture and sequence diagrams).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead less experienced professionals as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in product roadmap definition, scrum delivery, and technology integration.
• Deep expertise in REST services, APIs, microservices architecture, Java Spring framework and backend integration.
• Strong database knowledge and data mapping from DB to API, API to API, and API to UX.
• Experience with Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, Confluence Wiki, Jenkins, Git Hub, ADO, Power
  
  BI, Azure Cloud, Kafka, JSON, Swagger.
• Experience deploying containerized and cloud VM applications, continuous integration and delivery.

• Annual salary $140,000 - $178,200.
