AI Engineer - Plano, TX / Indianapolis/ Boston/ Seattle /Portsmouth, NH

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Required Technical Skill Set :
Python, REST APIs, Git Hub, Working with LLMs (GPT, Claude), Prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), AWS
Good to have Technical Skill Set Data structures & algorithms, OOP and modular design, CI/CD, Postman / Newman, JMeter

Roles & Responsibilities

GenAI Strategy & Enablement - Define an enterprise-ready GenAI framework for development and testing
Build GenAI solutions using enterprise LLM platforms, with attention to cost, latency, and security.
Implement RAG patterns to ground outputs on requirements, user stories, APIs, configuration, and test repositories; use embeddings/vector search where applicable.
Lead design and evolution of UI automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress) , API automation (Rest Assured/Postman/SoapUI)
Experience with test frameworks and practices (e.g., BDD where applicable), and testing of REST/SOAP services
and integration workflows common in Guidewire ecosystems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS used for application deployments.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred
