A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a IT Business Analyst.
Position Details- Position Type: Contract
- Duration: 12+ months
- Location: 3 days onsite per week in Plano, TX
As an IT Business Analyst, you will:
We are looking for a technical Business Analyst with strong Agile and Jira expertise who can quickly understand banking applications and work across financial center transformation and accessibility projects. The candidate should have prior banking or financial center domain experience and must be able to write high-quality user stories, participate in sprint activities, and connect technical and business workflows without requiring deep coding skills.
It is more of a blend of BA/Scrum Master.
Core BA Requirements- Technical BA - super strong Agile experience and with Jira, story writing, sprint practices.
- Domain Requirement - Financial center experience or prior banking exp. only.
- Experience with multiple projects: look for someone who has worked on Financial center transformation projects or specifically with Accessibility initiatives projects.
- Candidate should be able to understand system flows — understand application logic and contribute in technical projects/discussions.
- Look for a Technical BA/Scrum Master who will not only do requirement gathering but also manage sprints, backlog and coordination with multiple teams.
- Core work is Agile + Jira + Stories—writing good user stories in Jira, understanding application quickly.
- Agile process knowledge:
Epic grooming, story writing, sprint grooming, sprint planning.
Pay Range: $40–$46 per hour. Pay range offered will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.
