We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Systems Engineer to fulfill a staff augmentation role with Circet USA’s customer.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Systems Engineer (System Administrator) to join our team to manage and support our Linux-based private cloud infrastructure. Ideal candidate to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.

This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve issues, automate routine tasks, and implement security best practices. Candidate collaborates with other IT professionals, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining our Linux-based private cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on creating automation, deployment, and monitoring scripts to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

This role requires expertise in Linux systems, cloud technologies, and scripting to ensure the smooth functioning of our private cloud environment. A candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply security patches and system updates regularly.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on infrastructure projects.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Ensure system security and compliance with policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks, including deployment, configuration management, and system updates.
• Utilize tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to automate system provisioning and management.
• Create monitoring scripts to track system performance, detect anomalies, and generate alerts for proactive issue resolution.
• Infrastructure Management:
• Administer and maintain Linux-based private cloud systems, including servers, storage, and networking components.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support for Linux systems, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain system integrity and security.

Security and Compliance:
