Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for MFT platforms and file transfer workflows.
• Troubleshoot failed file transfers, connectivity issues (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS), and certificate/SSL issues.

• Strong experience in IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Connect:
  
  Direct, and IBM Sterling Control Center / Director.
• Good understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP/S, AS2, HTTP/S), PKI, SSL/TLS, certificate lifecycle, and networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports, DNS).
• Mandatory: IBM MQ Infra Admin.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years.

The expected compensation ranges from $45,000 to $121,000, dependent on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience. Eligible for standard benefits including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid and unpaid leave, and other benefits.
