Position: Office Track Solution & Process Optimization Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Office Track Solution & Process Optimization Consultant with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), Workforce Management, Dispatch Operations, and Field Operations within a telecommunications environment.

Office Track, Field Service Management (FSM), Workforce Management, Dispatch Operations, Field Operations, Process Optimization, Workflow Automation, Enterprise Integrations, Amdocs, UKG, AI/Automation Initiatives, UI Analysis, Testing & UAT, Change Management, System Governance, Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder Management, and Telecommunications domain experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Office Track or similar FSM/Workforce Management platforms
• Strong background in dispatch operations, field service, workforce management, and process optimization
• Experience designing platform configurations, role-based permissions, governance controls, and workflow automation
• Experience with enterprise integrations, including Amdocs, UKG, and related operational systems
• Ability to identify UI improvements, AI opportunities, and automation initiatives
• Experience creating and executing test plans, UAT, system validation, and production-readiness testing
• Knowledge of change management, continuous improvement, system governance, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Experience leading platform rollouts, adoption, and operational transformation initiatives
