Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. This role involves collaboration with other SRE resources, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to design, build, and support enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide support for enterprise security, orchestration, and workflow automation.

* Manage and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.

* Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to design and build enterprise solutions like Ansible, Terraform, and BMC Truesight Orchestrator.

* Perform Linux and Windows administration tasks.

* Utilize enterprise logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.

* Maintain and support systems including BMC Remedy and Service Now.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in supporting enterprise solutions, including enterprise security, orchestration, workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Technical

Skills:

* Linux and Windows Administration
* .NET, Java, Python

* Ansible, Ansible Tower, and Terraform

* Enterprise Logging & Monitoring tools (e.g., Tivoli ITM, Sitescope, Splunk)

* Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring

* BMC Remedy or Service Now

* Tableau

Work Environment

This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $73.68/hr a comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
