As an AI Solution Lead/Architect, you will be an integral part of the AI and Data Science department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: AI Solution Lead/Architect
Location: Plano, TX OR Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?- Design, govern, and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and solutions that meet business needs.
- Define end‑to‑end AI architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs, integrating AI solutions with existing systems.
- Establish data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and deployment frameworks to ensure efficient AI workflows.
- Lead technical teams, provide architectural guidance, and promote best practices across AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience with multiple frameworks and cloud platforms, along with MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies.
- Expertise in system design, architecture, and AI pipeline development.
- Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
