Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
Lead reliability and observability efforts across Retail and Payments portfolio, guiding engineers and ensuring stability of critical production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incident response activities and drive continuous improvement through post-incident analysis.
- Partner with Operations, Cloud, and cross-functional teams to enhance operational maturity.
- Design frameworks and automation for improving engineering efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and influence company standards for reliability.
- Establish operational plans contributing to long-term strategies influencing product and platform decisions.
- 5+ years programming experience with scripting languages and Java.
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a technical environment.
- Proven incident response and resolution leadership experience.
Relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering and operations management.
