Position Summary

This role leads enterprise‑scale data platform modernization and technology transformation initiatives that support critical business and regulatory outcomes. The position drives strategy, funding, and execution for large, complex programs—including platform upgrades, infrastructure scaling, application migrations, and AI enablement—while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with executive leadership, builds and develops high‑performing engineering teams, reduces technical risk and debt, and advances innovation through modern architectures, automation, and Dev Ops practices.

    Track record of delivering AI/GenAI solutions, decommissioning legacy platforms, and implementing cost‑efficient in‑house models.

    Successful execution of large‑scale application migrations, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives supporting critical regulatory programs.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives.
  • Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans needed to build competencies and skills.
  • Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met.
  • Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization.
  • Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain.
