Senior Technology Manager - Data Analytic Platforms

Position Summary

This role leads enterprise‑scale data platform modernization and technology transformation initiatives that support critical business and regulatory outcomes. The position drives strategy, funding, and execution for large, complex programs—including platform upgrades, infrastructure scaling, application migrations, and AI enablement—while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with executive leadership, builds and develops high‑performing engineering teams, reduces technical risk and debt, and advances innovation through modern architectures, automation, and Dev Ops practices.

• Infrastructure Scaling & Optimization:
  Proven ability to deliver creative infrastructure growth, implement secure and governed architectures, and enable self‑service capabilities.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  Strong background in vulnerability remediation, OS upgrades and automation strategies to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency.
• Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
  Track record of delivering AI/GenAI solutions, decommissioning legacy platforms, and implementing cost‑efficient in‑house models.
• Strategic Program Delivery:
  Successful execution of large‑scale application migrations, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives supporting critical regulatory programs.

  Active participation in executive leadership programs and innovation councils.
