Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the SRE team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a problem‑solving attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Design and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to monitor system performance and reliability.
• Build and improve processes to enhance system stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support greenfield and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain critical user journeys (CUJs) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Utilize error budgets, blameless post‑mortems, and role‑playing scenarios to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Hands‑on experience with SLI/SLO design and implementation.
• Ability to code in any programming language, with a background in development or Dev Ops preferred.
• Strong understanding of site reliability fundamentals and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident storytelling ability to address business stakeholders.
• Experience with offshore support, such as Shannon – Offshore support, is a plus.
