MES Architect

* Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of GE Proficy MES solutions aligned with manufacturing and business strategies.

* Develop GE Proficy MES functional and technical specifications, solution blueprints, and integration architectures.

* Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into MES capabilities.

* Architect MES solutions based on GE Proficy platforms.

* Integrate MES with shop-floor systems (PLCs, SCADA, historians), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and IoT platforms.

* Define data models, workflows, user interfaces, and configurable modules within MES.

* Ensure solutions follow ISA 95, ISA 88, and good manufacturing practices.

* Support system upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, automation, and smart factory initiatives.

* Drive solution design for AI-enabled manufacturing use cases, such as performance optimization, predictive insights, and quality analytics.

* Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment.

* Establish documentation, best practices, and governance standards for MES environments.

Salary Range-$100,000-$150,000 a year
